6. WhatsApp Business API & third-party providers 

 

To send messages, we use: 

  • The WhatsApp Business Platform (API) provided by Meta Platforms; and 

  • Where applicable, a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) such as [Name of BSP, if any], through which messages are routed. 

 

These providers process your personal data (e.g. phone number, message content, metadata) as our processors in order to deliver messages. They may process data on servers located in other countries. 

 

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own Terms and Privacy Policy, which we do not control. 

 

7. Data sharing

Please note: even if you opt out of WhatsApp reminders, we may still need to send you important service or legal notices through other channels (e.g. SMS, email, or written letters) where permitted or required by law and by our contractual obligations.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including:
